 Internal ConsultingFundamental to change in any organization are the people willing to champion and support the effort. The work an external consultant puts into a transition will go nowhere without follow-through and energy from those internal to the organization.

Our goal at Rayner & Associates is not only to identify and develop a group of individuals who will champion the change effort, but to also provide those individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to become agents of the change. These agents then act as internal consultants, carrying forward the transition to high performance and helping teams improve their effectiveness.
