Organizational assessments
It is often helpful to see a snapshot of where an organization is in the transition to a high performance work system. For those just getting started, the assessments help determine the readiness of the organization to undergo change. For organizations who have already begun the transition, but are now encountering increasing levels of resistance, the assessment pinpoints what can be done to get the change effort back on track.

On-site consulting
Regular, on-site consulting support is often critical during a transition. On-site support can take the form of strategic planning, executive coaching, conflict resolution, team building, process consultation, or meeting facilitation. We also provide executive time management consulting, meeting effectiveness interventions, and process redesign support. We work closely with our clients to determine the appropriate role our consultants should play during each phase of the change effort.
